3.Daily maintenance:
As the core component of the variable data printing system, the nozzle needs special use environment and maintenance requirements. For details, please refer to the "Variable data Printing System Operation Manual". Sprinkler head is a kind of precision electronic products, its service life in addition to driving circuit and printing ink related, with the use of the environment and operation mode is closely related, in use need to be particularly careful, daily maintenance can fully extend its service life.
Warranty instructions for sprinkler head:
1. The warranty period of sprinkler head is 3 months, starting from the date of equipment acceptance.
2. If the sprinkler head fails during the warranty period, the time during the maintenance of the sprinkler head is not included in the warranty period. The warranty will be automatically extended.
3. In case of any malfunction of the sprinkler head during normal use, the testing department of Party B (the Seller) will test the sprinkler head free of charge.
4. Party B shall be responsible for maintenance of the nozzle as confirmed by party B's engineers. If it cannot print normally after maintenance, Party B shall be responsible for replacing it, provided that the sprinkler head must be tested by relevant departments of Party B or by the original manufacturer of the sprinkler head.
5. If it is confirmed that the nozzle has quality problems, Party B shall bear the corresponding freight. If a third party sprinkler manufacturer is needed overseas.
4.Site installation picture
1. after receiving equipment users request service, 24 hours at any time to respond to technical consultation (including: telephone, network, fax, etc.). When necessary, technical personnel and user communication, after the necessary technical preparation, with the fastest time (city: generally within 4 ~ 24 hours; Out-port: within 24 to 48 hours depending on the location.
2. When the user does not fully grasp the operation method during the normal operation of the equipment, the technical personnel will be sent to the user site in time to give re-guidance to the user operators and provide various technical services.
3. Technical personnel will be sent to the site of the equipment users for inspection from time to time to further ensure the normal use of the equipment.
4. the warranty time of UV nozzle is 3 months (refer to the warranty agreement). In 3 months warranty period, the equipment is not human damage, will be free service (damaged parts will be replaced free of charge); In case of artificial damage, free manual service (damaged parts will be charged).
